1. Customers can return-replace their order within 7 days of the order delivery.
2. All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
3. To schedule a return-replace, please drop us a mail to email@example.com with following details:

(The Reverse Pick up facility is available on limited pin-codes)
4. After we receive your request we'll need 4-5 days to time to validate the return and resolve the issue. After validation reverse pickup will be assigned.
5. If you choose to self-ship your product(s), you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped product(s), we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service.
6. Note: We do not have a RETURN policy. You can EXCHANGE/REPLACE the product in case of defect or wrong product received.
